Use CRTCNNIMP to Send Outbound Data

19th June 2016

In our previous CRTCNNIMP (Create Connection Import) post, we showed how to use CMD:CRTCNNIMP to bring EDI data into Clarify EEI (EXTOL EDI Integrator).

In the post below we will show how to use CMD:CRTCNNIMP to bring data into EEI, to only create a connection and send it out via AS2.

Command Example:

CRTCNNIMP FILE(QTEMP/TEMP) DIR(*SEND) TRANSLATE(*NO) SEND(*SUBMIT) FORMAT(*UNWRAP) SEGDLMCTL(*NONE) NETPORT(PORTAL) SCRIPT(SENDAS2) NETID(*ESX) IMPORTSCR(IMPORTFILE)

Notes:

One IMPORTANT parameter is IMPORTSCR. It needs to be IMPORTFILE.

Clarify EEI CRTCNNIMP Script with IMPORT FILE script parameter

The script IMPORTFILE needs to be placed into the same NETWORK that is being used, to send the data.
