Update Connection Status

STEP 1:

From the Extol Integrator Main Menu select option ‘1′ for the Mailroom

STEP 2:

Select option ‘1′ to work with connections

STEP 3:

Once you find a connection you’d like to change the status of, press [F11] to change to Connection data mode. This will give you access to the option you need to change the error status. Put a ‘2′ on the desired connection

STEP 4: 

In the ‘Status of this connection only’ section, change where the error is listed to your desired status.

STEP 5:

Press enter and confirm the change. The status will now reflect your change
