RMVCTLCHR - Remove Control Characters in IFS files

A command that I have used in my FTP scripts is the EXTOL command: RMVCTLCHR. RMVCTLCHR allows us to strip control characters that do not necessarily get removed when we move data from QSYS to QOPENSYS (IFS).
