CMD: PRTACKRPT Background

From EXTOL's help screen: The "Print acknowledgement report" command (PRTACKRPT) prints a report showing the acknowledgement status of the functional groups sorted by functional group type. The groups included in the report may be selected by the parameters specified for the command.
