Below are the Cleo/EXTOL holiday support hours

  • Friday, December 23rd: Limited Support
  • Monday, December 26th: Limited Support
  • Tuesday, December 27th thru Friday, December 30th: Normal Support hours
  • Monday, January 2nd: Limited Support

Support during the holidays:

On these days, support will be available for production down issues.

Production support during off-hours

If you have a production down issue on December 23rd, 26th or January 2nd, please call the appropriate support line (listed below) and leave a brief description of the issue, along with the company name, contact name and phone number. A support engineer will contact you within the hour. Please note that support will not be monitoring pasupport@cleo.com during the holidays.
