Pros - Great work environment, great projects to work for, total freedom in work to pursue own goals and time flexibility. A place to learn how to run a company at its best both for employees and the employer. Very friendly colleagues. Lots of free goodies like gym membership, snacks and much more. Work Culture is the best.

Cons - You have to be really good to really stand out coz everyone is good

Advice to Management - The leadership is very good at Cleo. All the higher management is very supportive to the employees

Pros - great culture and growth plans from very hard working folks, bottom to top and thats how everyone is at the top. worked from bottom up. Whilst competitors failing, Cleo offering to the market grows bigger. potential is enormous and expanding globally now.

Cons - growing pains. as growth nearly at 50%, that puts pressure on operations. need a better website

Advice to Management - continue to be open with staff, looking after people working crazy hard out of enjoyment at the moment. Employee rewards are great and keep up the viral excitement
