Inbound Map Missing REF Segment, Causing Translation Error
Scenario:
Inbound Cleo EDI Integrator translation error occurs for inbound 850 map. This map has been in production for a couple years and nothing has changed.
Issue:
EDI trading partner is now sending an REF segment when it was never sent before.
EXTOL error message:
Segment ID REF in received data but not in map.
Segment REF in received data, but not in map at this position
Resolution:
Update inbouind 850 map to have REF segment present.
