Scenario:

Outbound Cleo Integrator 810 JDE transaction generation fails after during updating EFL process file. This is the file that we update to show this respective transaction has been processed.

Issue:

The key fields for the update table (F47046_UPD) are not all being updated.

EXTOL error message:

Generic file add/update - error during write to file "F47046_UPD", format "F47046".
Key value: 001043566IN

Key value: 001043912IN Translation job 823907/EXTOLOWN/A000897335 master job 967428 ended with 2 errors.

Resolution:

To fix the error we went to the outbound 810 EDI map, and updated the mapping to the update table.

We looked for any fields that had a 'K' next to the field. From there, we ensured that there was a mapping to each instance.
