Scenario:

AS2 trading partner issued new public certificate and it has been imported into EXTOl Secure. When EXTOl Secure sends out a new outbound AS2 transmission an error is received via inbound MDN.

Note: We evaulated a similiar issue with applying new partner certificates.

Issue:

Outbound data is not being encrypted and GIS AS2 solution is unable to decrypt, unencypted data.

EXTOL error message:

MDN Disposition: Automatic-action/mdn-sent-automatically;processed/Error: decryption-failed

Resolution:

Although certificate has been applied to the partnership, user needs to click on 'Outgoung' tab and select "Encryption Enable"
