Scenario:

Functioning as an AS2 client to send an outbound AS2 transaction an error is incurred. No updates/cahnges have been made within EXTOL Secure Exchange.

Issue:

Local DNS Server is unable to resolve IP address. In the partnership set-up we used the full hostname in the URL .

EXTOL error message:

Resolution:

DNS Resolution is outside the control of EXTOL Secure. This type of error requires attention from the local network administrator.
